Vince is responsible for several key client relationships and overall management of the firm. Vince began his career at a global FTSE listed recruitment PLC in 2006, then subsequently joined a specialist risk & change niche search firm in 2010, establishing a permanent Financial Services Risk Management practice for the business. Vince founded Eversearch seeing a niche market opportunity for a higher-quality specialist firm that was dedicated exclusively to core risk management markets. Vince has since completed a considerable amount of business across all areas of Risk & Finance, with several repeat clients across London and major international financial hubs. Outside of the world of headhunting, Vince enjoys endurance running, golf, travel and reading (non-fiction).

Kieran joined Eversearch as the first employee, evolving in Credit and Financial Risk to now leading our Non-Financial Risk capability, operating across various niches and international financial hubs. Educated as a Physicist and coupled with an innate inquisitive mindset, he is very fastidious (& passionate) to ensure a client-driven service and quality standards throughout. Beyond obsessing on details at work, he enjoys escaping up foreign summits in distant treks or eclectic learning via personal study.

Robert joined Eversearch in 2018 supporting the Credit desk and manages effective delivery across our mid-senior Financial Risk practice largely partnering with investment banks and commodities/energy clients across London and Europe. Outside of work, Robert has a keen interest in British politics, skiing, live music and football.
